This morning I sat outside during the swimming lesson again. This hot weather is killing me. It's only the second day and I'm not sure how I'll cope by the time next week's lesson rocks around. Tonight, it hasn't even cooled down sufficiently to open the windows.
So I'm sitting here under our very old, electricity-guzzling airconditioner finishing off another washcloth, practicing my new continental knitting style.
WB is draped over his cot mattress on the floor in front of the tv, sound asleep. We've bought a little evaporative cooler for his room, but it's still a stinking 28.8 degrees in there. I really hope he doesn't end up in bed with us again tonight - he spent most of last night hogging the bed and feeding rather frequently.

I was just reading your blog and H appeared over my shoulder and pointed at the first picture and said "That looks like gg's bag" (of course he used your real name) Your bag seems to have made a lasting impression on my son.

C's room is so hot, too. She takes hours to settle in the heat and ends up with us an hour after going to sleep anyway.
I was really looking forward to summer, but it turned out I only needed two days of it. Oh, hang on, it's spring.

maybe H has a bag fetish? WB has a shoe fetish.
We've all been camping out in the lounge, with WB on his cot mattress. But eventually he falls off it and ends up with us on the camping mattress.
Tonight we're trying the bedroom, yahoo!
